Online Shopping in Australia has boomed over the last decade with the advent of the Internet. So many people now stay at home and do all of their shopping from the Internet. Why go to the supermarket to get your groceries when you can get it delivered to your house and paying for it online? In this article you'll read 5 benefits of shopping online: there aren't any pushy sales people, there are more store fronts than factory direct outlets, you can shop anytime, anywhere, you can often get discounts online that you can't get in store and you can compare products and prices in advance to make a more informed purchase.

There's nothing more annoying than going into a shop and immediately being ambushed by an over-eager sales assistant, pretending to be happy. You watch them out of the corner of your eye, hovering around at a convenient distance waiting for you to ask them a question. Don't they know that you just want to get in there just for a browse? Sometimes they ask you personal questions and it just makes you flustered or you don't know how to describe what you want to them. They're just not always that helpful, since a lot of the time, they just seem to not want to be there themselves. 2. More store fronts than DFO

Even better than direct factory outlets, when you're shopping online, you have a far wider range of products to choose from. Once it's 5 o'clock, the doors close and no matter how much you try, you won't be allowed back in to make a purchase. Seems sort of counterintuitive, doesn't it? Don't they want to make a profit? When you're shopping online, you can shop any time you want. Say you saw a product you saw online or on TV. You're trying to sleep but you're trying to remember the brand name. You can easily find it again on Google or another search engine at 2 am if you wanted to. 4. Discounts you can't get In Store
A lot of the time you buy stuff online, they offer discounts to you. This is usually because they got it cheaper themselves and they're passing off the savings to you. For example, if you pay with PayPal, a globally trusted medium in which money passes through from you to the online store, you can get at least $10 off a product. I got $150 off the laptop I'm typing on right now! 5. More Informed Purchases
This is definitely the greatest benefit of shopping online. You don't want to pay more for a product that you can find somewhere else for a lower price. So many sites sell the same product so you're bound to find the same product for a lower price. So to recount: no pushy sales people, more store fronts, 24 hour shopping, discounts and more informed purchases are the benefits of shopping online.
